On the 21st and 22nd of September 2025, TKP were privileged to represent our kaupapa at the Indigenous Wellbeing Conference (IWC) in Brisbane. It was an incredible opportunity to connect with Indigenous leaders and organisational health representatives from both Australia and Aotearoa.

- National updates: We welcomed 3 new members to the Rōpū at our in-person National wānanga. Our colleagues at TRO celebrated the mahi of our National co-chair Alisha Tamepo - Pehi. - Our Kirikiriroa whānau represented and tautoko at Ako Ararau. - Regional Updates: We welcomed 3 new members - NTA: Mihi to our mahi at Ngāti Pōrou Hauroa wānanga. Find us next month in Te Wai Pounamu for the first time! - Upcoming Events

Early September, Te Kete Pounamu made a written submission to oppose the Pae Ora Amendment Bill in favour of retaining and strengthening the current Pae Ora Healthy Futures Act.
